PSNZ Mentoring Service - Better Together

We are excited to announce our pilot mentoring programme, Better Together. Mentoring is a relationship between two people with the goal of professional and personal development - optimally for both of them.

This whakatauki expresses the value of working together. It acknowledges and values the importance of both the leader and the follower. The essence of leadership is not held exclusively in the personal characteristics and attributes of the individual with the title of leader but resides in the dynamics of the relationship between the leaders and the followers.

These pages will give an overview of our approach to mentoring. We hope it will support you to navigate the mentoring relationship in a structured and effective manner by providing the information and support needed so that both mentors and mentees get the most benefit from their mentoring relationship.

Applications

We are currently taking applications for both Mentees and Mentors.
