PRIVATE COMMUNITY PHARMACY ANTICOAGULATIONMANAGEMENT SERVICE (CPAMS)
CPAMS is a service provided by accredited pharmacists who provide international normalised ratio (INR) testing and dose adjustments for patients prescribed warfarin.
Pharmacists have been contacting the Society asking about providing this service privately due to being unable to receive a DHB contract to provide this service.
Pharmacies do not require a DHB contract to participate in training and provide CPAMS privately.
If your pharmacy is interested in knowing more about how to set up this service, please complete this form. The Society will then send you a CPAMS introductory pack.
The CPAMS introductory pack will contain:
• Getting started documents
• Patient information
• Estimated set up costs
• Training programme overview for accreditation and enrolment details
The next face-to-face CPAMS training will be held on: Tuesday 27th July in Auckland
Expressions of Interest close 5pm on Friday 11th June 2021
