Funded Tdap vaccine (Boostrix) will be able to be administered in this capacity by authorised (not provisional) Pharmacist Vaccinators from 1 September 2022.

Join this webinar to prepare yourself for this new pharmacy funded service. This webinar is open to all staff regardless if you are a vaccinator or not.

Please note: this is not a pharmacist vaccinator training course.

Presenter - Kim Rob

Kim Robb is an experienced and engaging public speaker, both in New Zealand and internationally. Kim has specialised in immunisation for over 16 years and having worked across all areas of immunisation service delivery, is very supportive of all healthcare providers and sectors working with immunisation. Kim has previously worked for GlaxoSmithKline as a Medical Science Liaison, where she provided education on vaccines available in New Zealand. Kim currently works as a Sleep Physiologist at the Sleep Well Clinic.

Presenter - Johanna (Jo) Fowler - Lead Clinical Advisor (Te Whatu Ora)


Jo is a Registered nurse with a background in Primary Care and (too many) years working as a fully Authorized Vaccinator. She worked in Samoa during the measles outbreak vaccinating the community. She was Operations Clinical Lead for Tu Ora PHO in Wellington during the covid vaccine roll out and oversaw two Community Vaccination Centres, Clinical Lead at mass vaccination events (including the Sky Stadium event) and support to over 35 GP practices offering covid vaccines. Now she is Lead Clinical Advisor for the Quality Team in the National Immunisation Programme (NIP) for Te Whatu Ora.
