Dr Anthony Jordan
Dr Jordan is a Clinical Immunologist and Allergist at Auckland City Hospital with an interest in the diagnosis, treatment and surveillance system in drug allergy and adverse reactions.
Course Information:
On completion of this course, pharmacists will be able to:
- Recognise the clinical presentation of Anaphylaxis
- Describe the treatment of Anaphylaxis
- Identify pharmacist-led interventions on allergy management and education
- Describe adjunctive treatments in Allergy
Assessment:
Pharmacists must achieve an 80% pass mark in order to complete the course.
One learning package must be purchased for each individual to complete the course.
Group 1: TWO points – for listening to the webinar but not doing the assessment, or
Group 2: FOUR points – for completion and submission of assessment questions (80% pass mark required).
Pre reading is not assessed. Allocate Group 1 points based on one point per hour.
