Our partner BASELINE are excited to launch their web platform for ordering Self Care cards. The platform has been designed to streamline and create efficiencies in how you order your printed cards and we are sure you will find the platform user friendly and easy to use. To provide support there is a full set of ordering instructions attached and a link below to a dedicated support email for you to log any queries.

Enter Username: enter your pharmacy email address
Enter Password: Selfcare@1 (change to suit when logged in)
You will be taken through the ordering screens and through the shopping cart. Please note all invoices are sent to PSNZ and not your pharmacy so you are not required to pay separately for these orders.
