Posters and signs

COVID-19 Alert Level 2 Posters

The following signs are available as editable files - the content is based on those available on the Government COVID-19 website. LEFT - waiting 2 metres apart; MIDDLE - 2 metres apart; RIGHT - Stop and ask

These floor square signs (colour) can be used as a distancing guide to keep customers 2 metres away from others in the pharmacy. A black and white version of this poster is also available and can be printed on coloured paper. Credit: Shared with permission from Opotiki Pharmacy.

COVID-19 Alert Level 3 & 4 Posters

We developed the following poster for use early in the COVID-19 Pandemic response. It was designed to be put up outside the pharmacy or at the entry to remind people not to enter if they may have symptoms of COVID-19. The poster suggests that such patients either phone the special Healthline number if they have questions about COVID-19 or phone the pharmacy if they need to arrange something with you directly.

This was a sign for the entrance to the pharmacy to provide advice for customers on collecting prescriptions and other safety measures during the COVID-19 alert level 4. The poster is a word document, so can amend it for your own pharmacy. Credit: Shared with permission from Opotiki Pharmacy.

An alternative infographic sign was developed by another pharamcist to provide advice (using pictures) for customers on the processes that are being used in your pharmacy during the COVID-19 alert level 4.

The poster is an editable pdf and allows you to add your own pharmacy name at the top and phone number and email at the bottom. Reference: Kindly produced by a pharmacy colleague - kia haha!
